I first started experiencing psychosis when I was at university. I experienced hearing voices telling me to hurt myself by running into the road or stab myself .The voices said that people were out to get me and that people were staring at me. I felt I was being watched by neighbours through cameras that were hanging outside my window.

The worst point was when the voices were so loud that I was feeling very depressed and that life wasn’t worth living anymore and that I may as well do what they were telling me to as I felt everyone hated me.
