Occupational therapists (OT) have done a degree in occupational therapy. Occupations are all the things you do, at home, in work, in relationships and in communities. Occupational therapists support you by thinking with you about what is important to you, your interests, motivations, skills and abilities. By doing this, they help you to achieve health, mental-wellbeing and satisfaction in life through doing more of the things that are important to you.
